Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate

Busy Knoxville Real Estate office is hiring a personal assistant and customer service rep! Duties include processing leads and inquiries and callbacks. If you enjoy working in a high energy office, speaking with people, and are looking for flexibility - this is it! We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, likes to win, and self-disciplined.

Pay is $36,000 year plus commissions and bonuses (First year projected income $55k to $70k)

Make at Least $25,000 more over the next 12 months than you did the last 12 months or I will pay you the difference in cash!* -Tracy King, CEO / Owner Broker

$55,000 - $100,000 at plan with commissions

• Calling back property inquiries and requests
• No cold calling
• Processing leads to database
• 8 hours per day working only 1 Saturday a month
• Accountability and daily reporting
• No Running around with buyers and sellers
• No Real Estate License Required to apply

• Computer knowledge
• A Great Attitude
• Some Customer service sales calling experience
• Good Phone Etiquette
• Organized and highly motivated
• Self- disciplined
• Able to follow directions
• Having your Real Estate license is a plus, but not required!
