Service Writer, Estimator, Inside Sales

Your Elevator Service, has immediate opening for a (Service Writer/Estimator/Inside Sales) Person. The workplace for this position is in headquaarter office in Centerville, utah. We are a small medium size company on a steep growth trajectory. We have about 20 employees at present and project 53 at the end of the next three years. We service, repair, upgrade, and maintain on a scheduled basis Residential elevators. We do not sell or install Residential Elevators. We work only in exsisting homes which already have Elevatos in them, which were installed by any one of several companies. Those companies do not provide the service, we do. Job Description:

It is a full time job with no out of town travel. The Job is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position would be inside sales support for a group of service technicians. The technicians are dispatched by a dispatcher who take the incoming calls for service or repirs and the scheduled maintainence calls which come due at that date. The technichian, may be on a trouble call, a repair call, a diagnostic call, or scheduled mainteance.

In each case the technician is expected to perform all work which he can and collect pay for service from the customer. The technician may not be able to complete the work for several reasons. In this position you are the Technicians support, You would work with the technician over the phone if the job is within what can be done in that way, if it can the technician secures a deposit on the work. The estimate will come to you to be sure it is complete & you will coordinate with dispatch, you being responsible for pricing the job ans ordering needed parts, and coordinating their shipping and arrival.

We are looking for someone who has transferrable skills from another trade & expetience. We will train you in the unique characteristics of our trade.
