Earn PREMIUM PAY working 1 on 1 with private pay patients in desirable in-home environments.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME CARE LPN:

• Preparing clinical documentation
• Completing home visits
• Reporting changes in patient status
• Following patient's plan of treatment
• All other duties as assigned by Administrator and job description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends a month
• Tracheotomy care, Ostomy Care, G-Tube, Wound Care, and Bowel and Bladder Care
• CPR certification & PPD certification
• Two Satisfactory References
• Valid LPN license with at least one (1) year of Experience as an LPN
• Reliable Transportation
