Customer Service Representative - You Go Natural, LLC.
As a customer service representative, you will primarily be responsible for serving customers by providing product assistance and resolving consumer issues. Throughout these customer interactions we expect you to maintain a high level of professionalism. Its important that not only YGN is recognized by our great product but even more so by exuding our top-notch customer service care, dependability, and issue resolution. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a pleasant and innovative solution to each customers situation. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to effectively represent YGNs customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering fast and precise assistance to customers.

In 2016, You Go Natural Headwraps, esthetically known as YGN, was founded and is led by award-winning, CEO, Monique Little. From small business to a national manufacture for headwraps and other women's hair accessories, we are expanding to reflect our exponential growth. As we continue to grow, its extremely important that our companys perception reflects attentiveness and courtesy. We understand customer service is a large contributor to a companys reputation and success. This is why we need a professional, detail oriented customer service representative to help us to continue to push the brand forward! Located in the Dallas Metroplex, youll be joining a fun, team atmosphere where employee morale is at the center of our workforce.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing customers orders from start to finish.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through multiple channels.
Acknowledging and properly resolving customer complaints.
Build a strong product knowledge so that you can answer questions effectively and efficiently.
Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Two to four years of customer service experience preferably in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to multitask and navigate different computer applications
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Prioritize and manage conflicting demands
Positive customer-service attitude with the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day
Self-motivated and detail-oriented personality
WORK SCHEDULE
Will normally work a Monday-Friday, 6:30AM 3:00PM schedule (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property)
