- We are in the process of deploying a product to connect to Advisor social media accounts. We now need someone to:
- Re-confirm that the current social medial accounts we have captured in a spreadsheet are current. This is accomplished by looking up the account in the social media platform to confirm it is displaying as expected and comparing that to an account we have in a second spreadsheet, reporting any inconsistencies, such as
- If an account has more than 1 Twitter account, more than 1 Facebook account, or more than 1 linkedin account
- If an account is invalid or cannot be found
- If an account has a different social media ID and our spreadsheet needs to be updated
- Then individually look up each of 3 social media accounts manually to find the social medial platform's GUID unique ID for that account. The social medial platforms are Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, and the GUID unique IDs can be found by searching across a data extract, or by checking in an online tool such as GetTwitterID. Enter the GUID unique IDs in the master spreadsheet, marking any inconsistencies with appropriate notes.
- Provide updated spreadsheet with results on a regular basis (ie Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
- If time permits, perform other similar tasks
- We are looking for someone with strong data entry skills, organizational and prioritization skills, someone who is comfortable working across multiple files at once, without getting confused or making mistakes, someone who can work to deadlines, yet work remotely / independently, someone that is comfortable with Excel, Smart Sheets, and online data entry.
