Service Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in South Bend, IN.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Responsible for routine planning, coordinating, controlling and directing activities of operational resources.
- Also responsible for customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technician Supervisors, and coordinating jobs with Project Managers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Schedule service calls with field service technicians
· Order parts necessary for service work
· Perform administrative duties as assigned
· Phone and email correspondence
· Answering phones
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
· High school graduate or equivalent
· Six (6) months – three (3) years’ experience as a Service Coordinator
· Customer Service experience
· Basic MS Office skills
· Administrative experience
