Responsibilities include:
Develop, edit, and manage marketing materials, templates, newsletters, various SharePoint portals, websites, LinkedIn pages and other brand assets
Support Managers and teams to drive business programs and projects
Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress and drive the timeline and deliverables
Manage meetings, keep detailed notes and documentation of all projects
Manage budget, track project progress, report out
Manage virtual teams to collaborate and create videos, drive social media marketing
Requirements
1+ years of marketing program management and marketing communication experience
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong executive ready PowerPoint presentation development and template development skills
Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
Experience in social media marketing including LinkedIn
Experience with development and delivery of internal training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) and SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
