Job Description
Yoh has an immediate, 24+ month contract opportunity, for a Jr. Recruiter within the Utilities Industry to join our client in Audubon, PA!
  • $30/hr. 
  • 1-5 years experience
  • This position is a hybrid role, 3-4 days a week OnSite for training
You will provides support for the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment cycle—initial resume and candidate screening via our applicant tracking system (ATS), sourcing candidates, phone interviewing and coordinating the interview process. We're looking for someone to:

  • Updating the Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) weekly with new job requisitions
  • Thoroughly review applicant resumes and cover letters for desired experience and fit for the client's open positions
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills
  • Present candidates to the recruiting team
  • Document interview feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using Workday
  • Manage a high volume of applicants
  • Schedule candidate meetings and interviews
  • File interview guides & documents, reports and reference checks
  • Market client's open positions on social media using LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder & other industry related job boards
  • Support management with writing and reviewing position descriptions
  • Maintaining our position description database with creating job codes & sinking up Workday with JD Expert
  • Support the recruitment staff with creating interview guides

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Associates Degree in HR or equivalent work experience
  • 1-5 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department
  • 1-5 years of experience supporting HR Recruitment
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Calendaring experience in Outlook highly preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS is great! experience working with Workday even better!
  • Must have strong administrative, organizational skills 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude 
  • High integrity, honesty and accountability.
  • Strong work ethic: self-motivated, excellent work quality, commitment and follow-through is a must.
