We are the DMV's premier auto wash and detail center, celebrating our 30th year in business! We are growing into our newly renovated facility using state-of-the-art equipment and chemistry.

We are currently looking to fill the position of Site Manager!

The Site Manager oversees the entire car wash and detail center, ensures equipment is functioning properly, customers needs are met, and ensures all employees are performing their jobs and duties correctly. This individual must be willing to train and lead team members!!

Site Manager Responsibilities;

• Oversees management of daily operations on site
• Ensures that employees preform job duties correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintenance checks for equipment to make sure everything is running properly
• Handle customer satisfaction and complaints
• Follow all safety procedures and make sure all employees are working safely

Site Manager Qualifications;

• Previous experience in supervising and managing of staff/employees
• Strong leadership and motivational skills!
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the fly
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Availability to work whole shifts including weekends
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
