We are currently seeking the right candidate to be our representative in the Midwest Region. Although we have an active presence in this region, we are looking for a hands-on specialist to better service owners and grow our business.This position requires strong sales abilities, and relies on 30-50 outbound calls daily. The director can also expect a minimum of 5-7 days of travel regionally every month.
Our model differs from our competitors in that we seek to hire one director per region, and furnish them with all the training, support, and tools to ensure their success. We are looking for a long-term culture and work-ethic fit that can ideally remain and grow with our company for 10 years or more. Our pay structure is unique for our industry in that we offer a base salary, as well as reimbursement of business related expenses.
Applicants should possess a Degree with a concentration in Finance, Investments, and/or Experience in Finance, Additionally, we are looking for applicants with excellent people and communication skills, strong problem solving abilities, as well as a professional demeanor and presentation.Investments or Commercial Real Estate/Income Producing Properties.
The base salary offered to this position will range between $35,000 to 40,000, with a tiered commission structure on closed deals. The First year anticipated income range is conservatively $65,000-150,000 with 2nd-3rd year income potential of $100,000-250,000, and potential to earn over $300,000 thereafter.
