Our current job opening is for an Experienced Electrician in Fort Wayne Indiana. Interested candidates must have no less then 6 years experience as an electrician or provide proof of completing a BAT recognized apprenticeship; be able to read prints and specs; be able lay out work efficiently; communicate effectively with other trades and represent Yager Electric with dignity and respect; remain calm under external pressures; trouble shoot problems without looking for fault; be willing and prepared to work in all environments; be able to lift 50 pounds; be able to climb ladders; speak, read and write effectively; and take constructive criticism. We will be looking for attitude, personality, commitment, customer service orientation, willingness to learn, attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and being a self-driven/self-starting person
PRIOR MILITARY WILL BE PLACED AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. Special emphasis will be placed on any Combat Arms MOS and any current member of the National Guard or Reserves. Be prepared to provide your DD 214, NCOER's and your personnel file for review
