Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our tax practice office from January 2023 to April 2023!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Copy, scan and file documents
  • Prepare mailings
  • Perform other miscellaneous office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong computer skills, must know word, adobe
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate peak-season workload
