Summary: Assists the Marketing Manager in preparing sales campaigns and managing ongoing contracts as well as visiting airlines and prospecting for new business
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
Program Management of new contracts from product development phase through production.
Works with the Marketing Manager to propose strategies to increase sales of all products including lavatories, lavatory parts, and water tanks.
Helps execute marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Defines customer requirements and facilitates quotations by YRC factory and prepares YAA quotations to customers.
Researches part numbers in response to customer inquiries by reviewing drawings and CMMs. Works with YRC Engineering Department to resolve more complex engineering issues.
Airline visits are an essential part of this job. Travels for work 15% of the time.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business, and/or training equivalent to four years of college. 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aerospace business experience preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, MS Office, and presentation software.
