Job Description

Customer Service/Account Manager

PIP Marketing, Signs and Print is a print facility, mail house, and fulfillment center. Our team is looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Accounts Management Customer Service team member to help run our daily operations.  Working together  with our long time employees to take care of our awesome customers!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily correspondence with customers regarding projects via email and phone.
  • Work closely with team regarding customer’s projects.
  • Data entry of all projects into our Vision system.
  • Billing 

Job Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience/Prior Account Management and print knowledge a plus.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once in a high-paced environment.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player willing to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of with a high level of professionalism.
