Job Title: Office Administrator/Executive Assistant

Salary: $20+ an Hour DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday

Location: Onsite in Orem, Utah (No Remote)

YBA Shirts is family owned and operated and has been in business over 40 years. We started out supplying heat transfers onto t-shirts for youth leagues, and have since evolved into manufacturing and printing affordable custom uniforms & company apparel for non-profit, recreational, private, jr. professional leagues, schools, and corporations across the country.

The Role You Will Play:

Responsible for assisting and supporting the sales and marketing team of YBA products within an assigned territory or to selected customers

· We are looking for a great multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude

· Candidates should be able to assist our sales and leadership group by handling office tasks, interacting with internal team and external customers in a polite and professional manner via phone and email, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace

· We are looking for someone with integrity, exceptional attention to detail and great people skills

· Open and attentive to all customers’ individual style

Qualifications:

· High school graduate plus 2 years related office experience

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

· Detail-Oriented

· Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and pull together projects

· Proficient in internet research

· Verbal and Written Communication skills

· Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
