We look for individuals who desire to excel in a full-service organization.Essential Functions: Develops and maintains working knowledge of all HR Services components.

Performs client visits to introduce new products, services, and technologies to clients. Promotes HR Services products and services to fulfill ongoing client requests. Follows through on requests from clients, corporate, and HR Manager.

Administer payroll audits for benefits and retirement plan deductions and advise appropriate... individuals teams of corrections (debits/credits) required, to ensure accurate payroll processing. Acts as liaison with the branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate the resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety.

Recommends, coordinates, and delivers training seminars for clients and their employees. Informs and educates clients about Human Resources policies, procedures, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations issues. Works with team to develop appropriate strategies for clients regarding employee relations, disciplinary action, operations, and performance issues.

Assists clients with resolution of employee issues pertaining to leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and disability accommodations. Process medical support orders, evidence of insurability reports, billing discrepancy reports, and/or ensure compliance with state-specific benefit coverage regulations based on the report output. Facilitates Annual Enrollment meetings for clients.

Provide support to clients regarding LOA, data entry for new hires, and other duties as assigned. Conducts orientations and Annual Enrollment meetings for PEO clients. Understands details of benefit and insurance plans related to the PEO co-employer relationship.

Partners with Sales and Operations to ensure client satisfaction.Education & Experience: Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs Excel and Word. Beginning to Intermediate skill level in Microsoft office program PowerPoint. Minimum 1-year experience with HRIS systems.

Proven experience in a customer service environment. Previous experience in benefits administration. Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in an HR Outsourcing/PEO environment is a plus. Previous experience in health and welfare benefits training and/or process documentation a plus.Qualifications: 2+ years supporting Human Resources/Administrative experience strongly preferred. Outstanding judgment, critical thinking, verbal, and written skills.

The ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Advanced skills strongly preferred. The ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage projects while effectively addressing day to day responsibilities.
