The Xator CUAS team is a U.S. government sponsored program that man, train, and equip CUAS solutions in real-world environments. The market for CUAS technologies is ever expanding as the proliferation of drones continue to saturate the airspace with an omnipresence threat.

Xator is seeking a qualified CUAS Solutions Project Manager to lead Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems integration of original equipment manufacturer components and transformation projects. This role has responsibility for end-to-end delivery of integration projects, leading efforts across multiple departments to achieve strategic and tactical objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology development, project management, systems integration, and requirements analysis experience.

The individual should have the ability to lead strategic initiatives through a combination of oversight and hands-on contribution. They will also support system effectiveness analysis, studies, evaluations, and site designs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) + Conduct planning and execution of assigned projects through various phases of the project lifecycle, from initial discovery through successful delivery or project hand-off. + Contribute to product development execution / integration including identifying and presenting opportunities to improve processes and tools. + Identify technology to automate manual work and simplify processes where feasible to create a highly scalable, flexible, and efficient infrastructure + Conduct paper analysis of various radar systems + Communicate and work effectively with department leaders and contributors to ensure that key objectives and requirements are defined, thorough analysis is performed, implementation is completed and validated, and rollout is successful. + May lead or plan and conduct the design and / or testing phases. + Lead stakeholder interviews and working sessions. + Develop and maintain project plans and internal project artifacts and tools to monitor integration tasks and communicate progress to stakeholders. + Produce reporting against project deliverables including schedule status, roadblocks, actions, and health matrix. + Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. + Communicate clearly with senior level stakeholders and effectively present solutions + Identify, document, and recommend emerging CUAS technologies that meet the client's requirements for further evaluation. + Review operational install plans for their impact on performance, reliability, maintainability, availability, quality, safety and life cycle cost. + Perform document review and editing, as required. + Implement and manage a Change Management process for documenting and maintaining situational awareness on hardware and software configurations JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Experience + Candidate must have 7+ years' experience in project management or technology research, development, implementation + Candidate must have 7+ years' experience in Systems Engineering + Experience in EW/Radar/RF system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis + Experience in reviewing engineering design documentation + Experience with effectively and professionally communicating technical and program related information to multiple stakeholders and adherence to established communications plans. + Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in dynamic, politically sensitive environments ensuring customer expectations are managed. + Must have knowledge and experience developing project management plans, communication plans, project budget and schedules, identifying and managing risk. + Must demonstrate experience with successfully planning, developing and implementing of projects in terms of cost, schedule and scope. Training Requirements + PMP Certification or equivalent experience + Advanced Certified Scrum Master Specialized Knowledge/Skills Requirements + Candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills to resolve issues with all stakeholders.

+ Knowledge of Agile best practices and procedures, project lifecycle and business analysis + General experience or knowledge of business concepts/processes, CUAS, technology development, and integration. + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple dynamic and diverse projects and relationships. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively work within the client's business environment. + Ability to lead within an agile environment with constantly revolving requirements and support ambiguity in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work within a team, take initiative and show strong attention to detail + Ability to create concise decision-supporting analysis while presenting the problem and recommended solution simultaneously. + Ability to take a complex process and turn it into an easy-to-understand context for all levels of expertise + Ability to manage and contribute to multiple small disparate teams resulting in bringing new technologies to the client and the field PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS + Full-time 40 hours a week + Travel: Position requires limited domestic travel (i.e., <20%) for training and coordination. + Physical requirements can include walking, climbing, crawling through small spaces, and standing or sitting for long periods of time. + Must meet most stringent country medical clearance requirements. Position requires adherence to approved vaccination protocols as determined by location. On September 24, 2021, the U.S.
