About the Position
We are looking for a Full-Time Optical Customer Support Specialist located in San Carlos, CA. Our ideal candidate is a hard-working, coachable, team player with excellent intrapersonal skills. An individual passionate in eye care and general patient health is essential to providing the best experience we can!
This position requires no weekends or nights!
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Using different platforms/channels (Live Chat, Email, Telecommunication) to assist patients with their inquiries
Administrative work
Preparation of orders for our optical laboratory
Qualifications:
High School or equivalent (GED Education)
Customer service experience (1 year or more)
Experience in optics preferred but not required (We will train the right candidate)
