Overview:
X-Golf America is looking for an experienced Regional Field Manager to oversee business operations in select states across the Midwest. The Regional Field Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing daily operations in franchise locations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As Regional Field Manager your duties also include executing corporate initiatives in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance in X-Golf venues, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.
To be successful as a Regional Field Manager, you should be able to lead, manage and influence people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a highly successful Regional Field Manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for selected region.
- Training and supporting franchisees and store managers
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans in franchise locations.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- This job may require up to 50% travel – both in and out of state
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of programs and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- Location: Work remote from the Chicago, IL area
- Annual Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience and qualifications
- Travel: May average up to 50% of your time throughout the year.
- Bonus Target Eligible: Yes
