Wurkwel is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical and organized Data Driven Business Development Coordinator who is curious, an outstanding pragmatic problem solver and collaborator. As a Data Driven Business Development Coordinator, you will work in conjunction with our Marketing and Business Development Departments spearheading our Marketing research efforts for the entire Rightsize Business Development team.
Research using available print and online resources including Crain’s Business Database, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, various industry publications, and the Internet
Assist with online research for the commercial real estate industry and corporate clients in transition
Market Research, online/publication research primarily for Illinois & Michigan commercial real estate markets
Populating data and running queries using Excel & NetSuite CRM system
Data mining and audience segmentation for marketing campaign activities
Communicating with internal Account Managers and Business Development Team
Data cleansing projects and maintenance as well as list building projects using tools and online research
Research target companies to develop complete and accurate account and contact profiles
Provide support in developing data driven strategies to drive marketing forecast and attribution models
Assist with creation of email messaging creation using HubSpot marketing automation software
Provide assistance with creation of marketing collateral & campaigns for data-driven lead generation efforts
College graduate with interest in Marketing Research, Business, Communications, Analytics or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing or related position
Interest in business-to-business marketplace and inbound marketing philosophy
Understanding of B2B marketing with experience working within data driven frameworks
Impeccable research and investigative skills
Very strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid project management and organization and works well independently on research projects
Proven experience working in data and marketing/sales and reporting applications (such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Google Analytics, or similar technologies)
