We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to our Air Carrier's business needs.
- Provide oversight for all areas of the contract
- Work closely with Air Carrier Management
- Lead the team to success
- Monitor and ensure compliance
- Record and store records pertaining to contract and flights

- 5 years previous experience as an Airline Customer Service Agent
- At least 2 years experience as a Customer Service Agent Supervisor/Manager
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
