Customer Service Manager (Airport)

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to our Air Carrier's business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight for all areas of the contract
  • Work closely with Air Carrier Management
  • Lead the team to success
  • Monitor and ensure compliance
  • Record and store records pertaining to contract and flights

ā€‹Qualifications:

***Previous experience a must! See requirements below.

  • 5 years previous experience as an Airline Customer Service Agent
  • At least 2 years experience as a Customer Service Agent Supervisor/Manager
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
