Job Description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time, remote Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert for a Government client in Washington, District of Columbia. The time frame for this engagement is 11 months, with the possibility of additional time for permanent employment. The Dynamics 365 Expert must be a well-trained and motivated database administrator or engineer with strong Azure / AWS and scripting experience and is interested in a career delivering innovative solutions to our growing client. The candidate must be an expert at Dynamics 365 with deep knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of the supporting technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem; has a strong background in planning, designing, installing, configuring, and customizing of relational data modeling of Dynamics CRM solutions that are innovative, while observing best practices in regards to supported extensions of the platform.

 

The candidate must have a minimum of (1) a Microsoft PowerApps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Certification; (2) a PowerApps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert Certification; (3) a Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate Certification; and (4) a Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate Certification within 90 days of employment.

Minimum Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop products with business owners to understand, prioritize, and focus on their needs.

  • Deploy frequent, incremental releases to collect feedback and stay on track and in scope.

  • Provide ongoing support for the product’s ongoing operation with additional features, fixes, and other service requests.

  • Demonstrates deep understanding and direct experience in the technical design of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365, ERP projects.

  • Demonstrates clear understanding in enterprise application development with demonstrable advanced programming ability; specifically, experience designing and building RESTful web services, single-page apps, and supporting technology.

  • Support and participate in the deployment of the entire Dynamics solution including but not limited to application, DB, Web Server, Active Directory, internet-facing deployment (IFD), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Single Sign-On (SSO)Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure.

  • Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Microsoft Azure Infrastructure

  • Maintain Microsoft Based infrastructure with Windows Server.

  • Demonstrates direct experience with Microsoft Azure Stack On-premise implementation, based on Windows Server.

  • Responsible for consulting on Dynamics CRM engagements including design, implementation, upgrade, and or extension of existing applications.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software including software functionality and technical configuration

  • Manage user and license provisioning in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft DevOps

  • Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Azure logic and function apps release management and code deployment

 

Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • 10+ years of .Net development (C# and/or VB.Net) with object-oriented programming

  • Familiar with .NET web technologies such as Razor Views, MVC, Web API, etc.

  • Expertise with MSD CRM development and its integrations add-ons

  • Experience with full-lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, i.e. Amazon AWS, Azure, and Dynamics 365

  • Strong understanding of the Dynamic 365 solution life cycle management

  • Experience in application architecture with portfolio examples demonstrating primary responsibility for design, build, test and deploy as an individual contributor.

  • Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud architecture designing, deploying and managing cloud-native applications for scalable, highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant systems

  • Experience in designing and developing deliverables in Microsoft PowerApps

  • Functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, web service programming, development and Application Integration capabilities such as creating a customer portal solution to the internet

  • Have a broad understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and data technologies and how to match the right technologies to solutions.

  • Microsoft PowerApps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Certification

  • PowerApps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert Certification

  • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate Certification

  • Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate Certification
