As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will manage incoming calls from clients while navigating multiple systems to aid in taking orders, answering questions and resolving issues. Our mission is to put our customers first, always.
Customer Service/Sales Representatives must have the willingness to learn about our products and their use. They must also be attentive, patient and calm, communicating effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner. Additional skills include Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Abilities, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, and Multi-tasking to be able to organize workflow.
To ensure we are able to handle our customers’ needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
- Must type a min of 25 WPM with accuracy
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
