As a long term Teller you will represent our company to the community and make our customers feel welcome. We are looking for person who is enthusiastic, reliable,self motivated and works well in a team environment. In this position , you will assist clients by providing a superior level of service with their financial transactions. You will need to be highly organized and detail oriented, with strong multitasking, problem-solving and follow-ups skills.
Perform full service transaction in compliance with legal requirements and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion.
Perform daily balancing of cash drawer.
Answer phone calls and assist clients over the phone.
Perform Teller functions including balancing cash and other daily transactions.
Accurately balance inventories and maintain cash balance.
Will be responsible for being able to identify potentially questionable fraudulent activities and notifying them to management.
Adheres to company security policies and maintains confidentiality of company records and client information.
Develop complete understanding of features and benefits of company's products andservices.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times with customers and the team.
Teller experience preferred but not required.
Cash handling experience with Banking, Check cashing or Currency Exchange.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Basic math skills.
Detailed and Precision oriented.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills required.
Flexibility to be able to work varied shifts and hours.
Must be willing to submit to background and drug screening tests.
