Well established busy Title Company is searching for an experienced Title Processor and/or Title Closer. This is a long term stable career opporunity to work with a busy Title Company that is affiliated with an established Real Estate Broker Firm throughout South Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Processing from the entering of the initial order to clearing of title conditions.
- Contact appropriate parties to gather documents and clear title issues.
- Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
- Ordering, reviewing and disclosing matters on surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts etc.
- Ordering Estoppel Letters.
