Bank Branch Manager

Workway BancForce is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Bank Branch Manager responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service retail bank branch including operations, client service, products sales, and security and safety.

Your specific duties will include:

• Participates and directs day to day operations for the branch; approves large deposits and withdrawals; reviews and approves daily reports.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, relationship building and community strategies that are aligned with the branch's goals.
• Hires and develops quality staff ensuring proper skills and staffing levels to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Promotes core deposit growth through creation and management of in branch sales promotions.
• Accountable for branch performance on audits and compliance with established bank operating procedures and practices.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Proven sales ability and documented branch growth
• Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment
• Minimum of 5 years branch management experience
• Minimum of 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts
• Experience in hiring, training, coaching and performance management of employees
• Active involvement in business related local community organizations (i.e., Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)

Pay Rate Range : $75,000 - $100,000

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
