Inside Sales Representative

If you’re looking to jump-start your career in sales, please apply today!Responsibilities:Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leadsRecord monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being metMaintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leadsExpand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Find contact information for key real estate agents (6-figure to 8-figure real estate agents) through internal tools, external searching, and 3rd party tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Google.) • Generate appointments with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities• Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads• Design and create, multi-touch outreach campaigns to drive interest across our ideal customer baseQualifications:Experience using CRM software as part of the sales processMust have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by carSuperb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredTwo years of previous sales experience About Company: Workman Success Systems is a business coaching company, the only one of its kind.
