What you get to do?

  • Work hand in hand with the Regional Sales Director to drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure.
  • Drive lead generation through territory mapping, marketing, strong collaboration/joint sales campaigns with a leading Customer Service Management software to drive market awareness through events and building influencer networks.
  • Play an active role in shaping market definition and strategy, especially for assigned markets.
    • Leverage tools like HubSpot & ZoomInfo to drive scale and efficiency.
  • Build exceptional, partner-of-choice relationships with stakeholders including sales, pre-sales & product line sales.
  • Build deep relationships within your accounts as part of your account management responsibilities to ensure great customer satisfaction and long-term trust.

Must haves:

  • Knowledge of selling complex enterprise consulting/solutions for the business, HR, and IT. Preferably IT Consulting, IT Services, SaaS or CRM/ERP/HCM software
  • Partner driven go to market sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Sales and lead generation experience
  • Client relationship management
  • Willingness and ability to work in complex, globally distributed and diverse environments

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in engineering or business preferred
  • 5-10 years of industry sales experience
