One will be a hands-on office administrator responsible for the planning, organizing, controlling and
administration of the day-to-day operations. This position will assist in the operations and office policies
and procedures, and provide administrative support to multiple departments to ensure timely
completion of work.
Essential Functions
• Schedules appointments and keeps appointment calendars for multiple employees.
• Composes routine correspondence.
• Maintains files of correspondence and other records.
• Answers telephone and answers routine questions or routes calls to appropriate staff members.
