We are construction consultants for our high-end clients throughout the Metrowest area. We maintain residential properties for some of the most affluent clients in the greater Boston area. Position: Residential Maintenance Manager

Reports to: Lifestyle Management Services Operations Manager

Position overview: Deliver client satisfaction through prompt,efficient, and effective Building maintenance service. Flexibility in managing multiple projects at multiple locations. Create good relationship with team members, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure quality and timely project completions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Staff management
  • Liaise between households and offices
  • Vendor management
  • Contract and invoice review
  • Create small and/or large estimates and proposals for projects
  • Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior of all properties
  • Construction management
  • Establish house manual

Due to the busy nature of the Client’s life, the Residential Maintenance Manager is generally the go-to person regarding household maintenance decisions. For this reason, the ideal Residential Maintenance Manager must be able to have a keen intuition in regards to the Client’s needs. They must maintain high levels of trust, integrity, and self-motivation.


  • 5+ years high-end residential maintenance and construction experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Exposure to residential mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems
  • Knowledge of state and local regulations related to residential maintenance and construction activities
  • Experience in a customer service industry a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite


  • Ability to be client focused, with vision of service excellence
  • Ability to provide a creative and supportive environment that inspires project team and other stakeholders to give enhanced service delivery
  • Ability to understand complex interconnected building systems including but not limited to HVAC, BMS, Electrical Systems,Lighting Controls, Elevators, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing Systems,Facilities Management Technology
  • Ability to create and sustain a positive environment that values employees’ contributions, respects differences among staff
  • Project Management
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Ability to approach work and people with dignity and respect
  • Ability to manage resources effectively through planning, priority setting, human resource and financial management, and technical management
