GENERAL FUNCTION:
Administer all human resource policies, programs and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing. Counsels employees regarding benefits and obligations and enrolls eligible employees in benefit programs. Maintain personnel records for each employee. Coordinate staff training and development. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Personnel Management, Personnel Services, Political Science, Public Administration, or Organizational Behavior, and three years in responsible human resources work involving functional or line supervision required.
