Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Perform necessary skilled tasks in the repair and mechanical maintenance in one or more of the areas of plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting and auto mechanics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Three years of experience in general maintenance, electrical, heating, refrigeration, automotive mechanics, carpentry or related area.
- Training from a Vocational Training School desired.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:
- A valid Regular Driver License is required.
