Works as the primary contact for the administrative operations of clinic based physician practices of the Care New England Medical Group. Responsible for oversight of operations for multiple practices sites and serves as a resource and liaison to the physicians practicing in the sites for which they are responsible. Performs duties in collaborative role with Director of operations. Oversees all aspects of practice management and staff supervision in a dynamic and challenging setting. Operates in a collaborative and supportive environment to manage practice growth, support development efforts and emphasize service quality. Ensures adherence to best practice standards, staff development initiatives, revenue cycle effectiveness, performance and productivity measures and operational excellence to strengthen our multi-disciplinary practices.
Practice oversight includes Reproductive Endocrinology, Urogynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, OB Medicine & OGCC.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field required; Master’s preferred with a minimum of seven year’s job-related experience required. If hired into position before 3/1/2019 bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required with a minimum of seven year’s job-related experience. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with relevant multi-specialty practice management experience. Certification in billing and coding preferred.
