Real Estate knowledgeable Accountant

We are looking for a Real Estate knowledgeable Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company as well as actively participating in private money lending activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine Quickbooks accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Participate in underwriting private money lending business

  Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine Quickbooks accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Participate in underwriting private money lending business
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to owner
• Use your tax knowledge to advise impacts of investment decisions
• Willing to travel/attend conferences to network and promote business

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting and tax
• Real Estate investment experience
• Experience with Quickbooks and current computer reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good people skills
