Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

• Location: REMOTE (Must be local to Sacramento, CA)
• **This is a Temp-Hire Opportunity (Great Way to get your foot in the door!)
• **Must be able to provide Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
• Must have your own WINDOWS BASED Laptop/Desktop to work off of while remote 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
