- Location: REMOTE (Must be local to Sacramento, CA)

- Must have your own WINDOWS BASED Laptop/Desktop to work off of while remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
