Part Time Administrative Assistant for a busy property management office (approx. 25-30 hours / week). This is a small office supporting 4 people with a portfolio of 250 properties – multiple tenants/owners. This is a newly created position that will lend help with answering phones, filing, mailroom duties, uploading electronic files, lease renewals, assisting other team members with projects and providing administrative support. Some customer service with tenants will be required. Should be tech savvy with knowledge using DropBox. Property Management experience is preferred but not required. There can be some flexibility with hours within reason, Monday – Friday. Background is required.
