Summary

The Office Coffee Service Account Executive is responsible for expanding Wist’s sales through building a reputation with one of the top providers of coffee and beverage services to all types of businesses in the area. The position is responsible for understanding the coffee and beverage needs and preferences of customers and scheduling product demonstrations that fit those needs. Successful candidates also partner with other account executives to assist them in penetrating their coffee and beverage sales within existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the market and finding potential business opportunities
  • Work in conjunction with vendors on current offerings and new products that may help increase Wist’s coffee and beverage sales
  • Achieve year over year sales growth
  • Constantly develop a strong acumen in your assigned vertical and position yourself as a top business consultant
  • Clearly articulate what sets us apart from others in our industry
  • Prospect for target accounts at a high volume
  • Writing and presenting proposals to customers and potential customers
  • Meeting set sales goals
  • Partner with other account executives and assist them in growing their sales in the coffee vertical
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to determine customer needs
  • Plan, organize, and implement innovative sales strategies
  • Develop sales and profit margin goals

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of coffee and beverage products, equipment and services
  • Previous experience in business to business sales
  • Strong communication and prospecting skills
  • Self-starter, goal driven and results oriented
  • Proven selling skills
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to make strong presentations one on one and in larger audiences
  • Know how to interact and develop strong relationships with decision makers at different levels within their organizations
  • Detail oriented and organized with great skill managing his/her time
  • Skilled ability to use different computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Consultative business experience, ideally as a customer advocate
  • A four-year degree in a business-related field
