Our Customer Relations Manager is the prime dealership position responsible for evaluating and improving processes. You will monitor and manage the Customer Experience and Dealer Reputation through performance metrics, meeting with management and staff to keep informed, in an effort to meet customers’ expectations that will lead to increased loyalty, retention and advocacy and in return increase Dealership profitability. This position will be based in our Vacaville Campus (office location Vacaville Nissan); supporting Golden State Nissan/Golden State Infiniti. CDL in good standing will be required as travel between Colma and Vacaville will be necessary.

·Develop deep knowledge of all customer satisfaction index drivers (KPI and QGP)
·Provide support & guidance to professionals across your OEM brand stores.
·Data gather off dealer portals and intranet which will provide reporting and information to identify missed opportunities.
·Communicate thorough, customized solutions through data found in surveys.
·Develop problem solving techniques to resolve customer issues.
·Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as staff needs evolve and volume changes.
·Expand social media knowledge and impact dealer social media presence and outcomes.
·Respond to all social reviews and making sure reputation.com is at 700 score and higher.
CDL in good standing will be required as travel between Colma and Vacaville will be necessary.
