Administrative Assistant - Aviation Maintenance Dept

Are you looking for an exciting industry to apply your administrative skills? Wisconsin Aviation is a full-service provider of general aviation services. Our Madison FBO has a need for an efficient team member to support our maintenance department.

A successful Administrative Assistant will work with customers via phone and greet them in office. The work flow varies. Parts management includes ordering, sourcing, billing, receiving and shipping. The position works closely with the maintenance team on work orders, regulatory compliance, research projects, simple accounting and inventory counts. Great internal and external customer service is a must! This position offers opportunity to build on your administrative skills. This is a full-time, first-shift position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2years of administrative experience, preferably in shop setting
• Strong technology skills 
• Excellent communication

We’re looking for a team player with the ability to multitask along with accuracy. The job has limited overtime and occasional weekends, as position demands. Some local driving may be needed.
