Right now, we are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN) for our beautiful assisted living community in Bangor – Winterberry Heights Assisted Living & Memory Care.
Overall Job Purpose:
Assisting the Director of Health Services (Registered Nurse) by providing leadership for health services staff by coaching and training each employee to perform successfully. Ensuring that resident services are addressed effectively. Also ensures various health services related to Community operations are effectively performed.
· Maintain current professional license (LPN).
· Prior management experience preferred.
