Job Title: Admin Assistant (HR Department)

Interview Process: phone interviews

Hours Open to 8-4: 30, 8: 30-5 or 9-5: 30 M-F schedule.

Job Location: Watertown (Working onsite. This is an administration office with no patients at all in the building)

Some highlights of COVID protocols:
  • Plexiglass extensions on cubicles
  • Masks, sanitizer and sanitizing wipes at each entrance and throughout office space
  • Touchless faucets added in restrooms
  • Social distancing guidelines
  • Requirement to wipe down work area at the end of each day
  • Contract tracing abilities through badge punches
  • Masks to be worn whenever moving around the office space; may be removed in office or in cube if comfortable
  • Air filtration verified and optimized by building management
  • Office capacity far below state maximum of 50%. I estimate we are around 20-25% capacity at this time
  • Standing thermometers available throughout office
  • Required online COVID trainings

Must Haves:
  • at least 1+ years of admin experience.
  • MS Office
  • Ok with being in the office full time.
  • Excel experience.  (No pivot tables but formulas)

Preferred:
  • any experience in recruiting coordination


Job Responsibilities:
  • Badge creation
  • Filing
  • New hire onboarding – offer letter creation, HR documentation review
  • Interview/screening coordination

Qualifications:
  • Prior admin experience 1-2+ years (more is better)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instruction & work independently
  • Clear communication skills
  • Comfortable with being in the office FT
