Marketing Manager: Management Training Program
As our company continues to grow and expand a need to align ourselves with a professional Marketing Manager has developed. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent Business Administration and Marketing Majors. We would also consider contemporary MBAs and accomplished staffing-industry professionals.
This position requires direct support to our business development teams and initiatives. The Marketing Manager shall be required to work with and utilize the latest communication technologies and mediums to enhance our company’s reach and corporate image, with
the goal of attracting top talent and clients, in volume, to our organization and thereby foster new business opportunities.
Reporting directly to Senior Management, the Marketing Manager shall work with a team of experienced staffing professionals tasked with upholding a Candidate Recruiting & Retention (CR&R) strategy that funnels business development leads and opportunities to the sales force. The Marketing Manager will be an intricate and direct support variable within all levels of management, between multiple divisions and echelons of operations: eventually mastering both sides of the staffing-desk with the ability to train others and lead a team of their own!

Extroverted nature –this individual must like working with other people; can approach others easily, naturally, and blend in with various cultures (bi-lingual, a huge plus).
Tech-savvy –obviously being informed with modern software (MS Office, Windows) and a deep understanding navigating the internet; but moreover, be up to date on Social Medias, and have a strong desire to expand their internet communications further by hunting down and testing new sites and programs, as well as learning and adapting to our proprietary software’s.
Inherently strong work ethic: i.e. Arrives to work early and stays late; because they have a deep passion to learn, test and apply their abilities; implementing what they recently learned and mastered to their fullest potential in order to be the best at what it is they do.
Humble –while being competitive is a good thing, we compete against our industry-competitors and not among ourselves. An ability to work in a team environment is imperative. Being able to recognize and respect others for what they have to offer (or not offer) is vital. Above all, able to allocate credit and recognition to colleagues when they deserve it. Correspond willingly with the sharing information and data to assist groups and individuals is where ones integrity, recognition and authenticity shines. Yes, how you did in school, the grades you received, and elaborating “why so” speaks volumes! Your field of study, academic concentration and industry experience is vital for our consideration.
Applicants with B.Sc., BA or contemporary MBA degree, from accredited university, with accumulative grade point average 3.275 or higher preferred. Individuals with exceptional work experience and verifiable accomplishments in the staffing-industry per se in lieu of a college degree will also be considered.

Prior work experience –if any (knowledge of the staffing-industry, recruiting personnel is a huge plus)
