Job Description

Winsor Consult Group is looking for a Case Manager for a remote position. The right candidate will be experienced in customer service or client relations, be able to communicate complex policies and guide people without policy knowledge through them, and the ability to conduct quality control on submitted documentation. This position is a perfect role for those looking to get experience working with government programs.

Winsor Group is a Disaster Recovery Consulting Firm that specializes in assisting government agencies with implementing recovery programs following disasters. We have in-house experts covering virtually every aspect of program implementation. The duties will vary but in general the following are expected:

  • Quickly learn the policies and procedures of the Covid-19 Rental Relief Program
  • Provide customer service / client support for Rental Relief program applicants, assisting with inquiries and managing them through steps in the processes
  • Conduct quality control reviews of submitted documents to ensure proper completion of documentation and adherence to program procedure
  • Identify discrepancies between files and suggest program improvements by way of methods to avoid discrepancies
  • Provide clear, summary-level progress updates to managers
  • Provide clear, regular updates to Rental Relief program applicants on case status by phone and email
  • Manage and adhere to multiple simultaneous deadlines from working on concurrent cases
  • Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent or Conversational Spanish preferred (There will be reviews of, and phone calls with, Spanish speaking constituents)
  • 2 - 3 years of customer service and/or client relations experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Government related experience a plus
  • Risk management, compliance, or audit-related experience a plus
  • Strong research and writing skills
