Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking to hire a number of temporary Technical Support Specialist to assist our support team with a planned software update. These positions are expected to last approximately 8 to 12 weeks starting in Mid August. Based on individuals performance, a few full time positions may be offered at the end of this period.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, email, chat and remote support
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT and customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments
