Managing Real Estate Agent

 Job Purpose

Wilson Auction & Realty Inc. provides auction and realty services for banks, attorney and the general public in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.  With over 100 years of experience, we are seeking a seasoned real estate professional interested in helping further expand our real estate business into several markets. 

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with entrepreneurial interests to help develop and run a real estate business as well as expanding into the auction business.  Compensation will be proportional with performance with no cap.

Reports To

Brent Wilson - Real Estate Broker

Primary Place of Work

Opportunity to work remotely but primary business will be in Northwest Ohio

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy and real estate marketing plan for the Toledo, OH and surrounding markets
• Develop annual performance goals and track overall business performance
• Lead, manage, train and motivate a team of real estate sales agents
• Build a team of real estate sales agents for the Toledo, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Bowling Green, Findlay and other markets as desired 
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers 
• Developing synergies and coordination with auctions and personnel

Requirements

• Ohio Real Estate Sales License
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• High level of integrity and strong moral compass
• Self-driven
• Strong interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment
