Job Title: Line Service Technician for Charter Services

Reports to: Charter Manager

Job Summary: To provide requested services to all arriving and departing Wilson Air Center charter customers in a safe and timely manner. A high regard for customer service for the flight crews and passengers must be maintained.

Pay: 16.00 - 17.00

Performs all duties associated with the day to day charter operations to include:

• Setting up equipment for aircraft arrivals
• Loads and unloads baggage and cargo form aircraft
• Completes service requests to include: lavatory service, fueling, potable water and cleaning aircraft
• Marshalling and towing of aircrafts.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Candidates must be willing to work flex hours.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Must be able to lift/carry 70-lbs from floor to waist level or higher on a continuous basis. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at waist and knees, standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting for extended amounts of time. Must be able to work odd hours including nights, early mornings and weekends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED; valid driver license (less then 6 points); pass pre-employment and random drug screens; able to pass extensive 10 year background check. Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude; adhere to company policy; must be able to effectively communicate in English; work effectively under time constraints; must be able to adapt to changes in schedule and stay until task is complete. Prior ground handling experience is a plus.
