THE COMPANY:

We are WillowWood Global LLC, a well-established industry leader in providing prosthetic and orthotic products to clinicians and amputees around the world. Your efforts will be vital in helping us achieve our vision of "leveling the playing field" between physically unchallenged people and all people who find themselves challenged due to limb loss or limb dysfunction.

THE POSITION:

This position will be located in our Mesa, AZ facility with working hours Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Mountain/Pacific time. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the positive, professional first contact for customers calling WillowWood. You will be specifically responsible for providing customer support and service to our west coast customers in the areas of processing orders and returns, as well as delivering all manner of product and business information.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In addition to being passionate about what you do and dedicated to our mission and vision, applicants with the best chance of success in this position will also need the following:

• High school diploma or higher, related college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and grammar skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ERP software, and CRM programs

• Ability to professionally and proficiently interact with external and internal customers using a variety of media, including via telephone, email, live chat, talk to text, etc.
• Prior experience in customer service field, call center environment or phone-centric work strongly preferred
• Prior inside sales and Spanish speaking ability strongly preferred.
