A Service Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a consistent presence and relationship with our Preventive Maintenance Customers. Through this relationship they will identify and address customer concerns and opportunities for Willis Mechanical as well as areas for improving our procedures and services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain a complete and accurate records in our Client Resource Management (CRM) system
  • Initiate direct contact with all customers which are not actively working with a Project Manager, and schedule an onsite visit two times per year utilizing the CRM tool
  • Utilize the equipment list to evaluate the age and condition of the equipment
  • Speak with the technician assigned to the site to note any areas of concern
  • Speak with the customer representative to identify any areas of concern
  • Perform all customer care interviews with customer representative
  • Identify opportunities for repair or replacement work and help to schedule follow up visits from a Technician or Project Manager
  • Provide a summary of the visit to the customer which includes our recommendations
  • Follow up with assigned Willis Mechanical Representative to make sure we fulfilled our commitments
  • Follow up with Customer Representative to make sure we fulfilled our commitments

  • Assist sales team as required
  • Assist dispatch/customer service team as required.

  • Reliable and professional transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Customer service experience required. B2B experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn about our industry and how Willis Mechanical approaches it
  • Must be coachable
  • Must be professional and presentable in every situation ranging from Mechanical Rooms to Board Rooms.
  • Absolutely must show concern, care, passion, and dedication towards our customers

Pay and Benefits
Willis Mechanical Account Managers receive a base salary and performance based bonuses. Account Manager's receive paid holidays and paid time off that escalates with tenure. Willis Mechanical pays for our employees health and dental insurance, and you have the opportunity to purchase the same for your spouse and/or family. Account Manager employees also have access to Willis Mechanical 401K program.
