- Sous Chef Wanted: 4 years prior experience. Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of many cuisines
- Good organizational skills and quick, short order cooking required. Catering experience a plus.
- Candidates for consideration must demonstrate the ability to work both as part of a team and direct a small team as well as demonstrate their commitment to the culinary field.
- Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Making large batches quantities, assisting with food prep, making short orders, anticipating store/guest needs (and addressing these appropriately.)
- Keeping store clean during shift as well as overseeing and directing cleaning at end of shift.
- Great growth opportunity for a goal-oriented chef. This is a completely hands on position.
- Only the serious minded need apply. Please note: We are a small cafe that has a high volume eat in/ take-out business, so ability to work under pressure is a must.
