Established in 1964, Wiers operates three International Truck Dealerships and eight Fleet Partners Service Centers in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado, Texas, and Wisconsin. We maintain and repair class 3-8 vehicles including commercial vans, super-duty trucks, straight trucks, tractors, and trailers. Wiers Service Centers are operated by experienced teams who bring dealer capabilities to a friendly and family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Team Development & Management

Hiring, training, and retaining only the best team

Business Development and Management

Ensures our team is exceeding the customer's expectations every day

Planning-Develops plans, sets goals, and tracks and monitor's progress

Ensures a quality mindset fills the organization

Set the tone and pace for the organization

Prepares, conducts, and documents all meetings for the team

Delivers financial results consistent with the company's strategy

Ensures department is compliant pursuant to Wiers Safety Inspection

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5 years' experience in a leadership role
• Ability to ensure process compliance
• Strong level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to plan and complete projects
• Excellent time management and goal-setting skills
• Effective decision-making skills with a competitive nature
• Strong desire to develop yourself and your team.
• Considerate and emotionally intelligent

Compensation:

• Vacation Plan starts at 2 weeks
• Salary starting from $75,000 based on experience

Qualification Profile

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
• 5 years or more of prior relevant and successful leadership experience in a commercial vehicle repair facility
• Successful financial management or P&L management experience
